The Julian-Carver Family Foundation, Inc. (JCFF) is chartered exclusively for educational purposes and makes grants to qualifying non-profit or public organizations that support adult and community college students. The foundation funds are awarded for projects or programs to assist academic progress or student engagement so that students may persist and complete credentials.
